During my studies at Jagiellonian University, I was a member of the Foreign Affairs Committee of the Faculty of Management and Social Communication and the Student Ambassador Team. I supported students from other countries with study-related issues and adapting to life in Krakow, represented the university abroad, and organized informational meetings for prospective students. After completing my education, I started working at the Center for Teaching Support at Jagiellonian University as a coordinator for international students coming under exchange programs. I also participated in academic international projects like Digipass and Una Europa.

I joined the Salam Lab team in October 2022. I have always believed that supporting intercultural dialogue and combating prejudice and discrimination is crucial for building a more open society. I decided to get involved to actively contribute to these values and support initiatives that impact society. I am responsible for organizing events focused on building intercultural dialogue, bringing different cultures closer to the residents of Krakow, and initiating discussions on current social issues.

What does diversity mean to you?
Diversity is everything that makes us unique, exceptional, and unrepeatable. It allows us to notice these differences and understand and appreciate various perspectives and points of view.

Which element of Salam Lab’s mission is most important to you?
For me, the most important element of Salam Lab’s mission is building bridges between different national and religious communities. I believe that true understanding and cooperation between various groups are crucial to building a society based on mutual respect and harmony. Initiatives that connect people from different backgrounds can significantly contribute to creating a more integrated and tolerant world.
