I am educated as an event organizer, but I also studied international migrations and interdisciplinary studies on social changes over time. I gained professional experience by working in event agencies and NGOs. I got involved in volunteering at the very beginning of the organization’s existence in February 2021. I have personal experience with emigration from Poland, and following that path, I wanted to contribute to sharing diversity, respect for different cultures, and, above all, for others. In addition to administrative tasks, I conduct workshops and training on migration and anti-discrimination. I seek opportunities for stable funding for our organization to continue our mission.

What does empathy mean to you?
It is respect for another person and their culture and openness and curiosity in getting to know each other.

Which element of Salam Lab’s mission is most important to you?
Building bridges between different national and religious communities. Let’s look for similarities instead of creating divisions 🙂
